01The AI
Your Claude Code, Codex or any MCP client runs on your machine with your own keys. We never meter model usage.
02Self-hosting
Run Fabrikka on your own server, for your own team, at any size. There is no "enterprise" edition held back.
03Your data
Rooms, documents and decisions are yours. Export them at any time. We never train on them or sell them.
Billing questions

USD 3 per member per month. Seats follow members: when someone joins or leaves a team, the quantity updates and the difference is prorated.
What happens after the trial?Show answerHide answer
Each new account gets 14 days free, with no card. After that, a team without a subscription becomes read-only until it subscribes. Nothing is deleted.
Who qualifies for the academic plan?Show answerHide answer
Anyone whose account email is on a .edu domain, including country forms such as .edu.au, .edu.mx or .edu.cn. Confirm the address and the plan is free. We may ask you to confirm it again from time to time. Some restrictions might apply.
Do I pay for the AI?Show answerHide answer
Not to us. Your agents run on your own machine under your own subscription with Anthropic, OpenAI or whoever you use. Fabrikka holds no model keys and bills nothing for model usage.

Yes. The core is AGPL-3.0, and self-hosting is never charged and never limited. The hosted version runs the same code.
Why are hosted seats limited?Show answerHide answer
The hosted version is in its first phase and takes a fixed number of accounts at a time. The number of open seats is shown live on this page. Self-hosting has no seat limit, ever, and runs the same code.

Any time, from the billing portal. Your team stays active until the end of the paid period, then becomes read-only. Your data stays yours and can be exported.
